In this dynamic role Wilson James seek a talented Employee Relations (ER) professional capable of providing an array of advisory support services to employees and managers.

Main Responsibilities
- Working within the airport terminals alongside operational managers providing day to day support.
- Managing employee relations, supporting, and coaching managers to manage with people related issues.
- Leading employee relations procedures such as disciplinary, grievances, probation, flexible working and more.
- Working closely with the wider HR team to identify manager training needs.
- Managing and responding to ER enquiries.
- Support the development of new ER policies.
- Analysis and reporting of periodic employee relations reports and engaging with HR Business Partners to review key insights.
- Support with handling any early conciliation notifications or employment tribunals, working closely with key stakeholders to provide case related documentation and insights.

What We Expect of You
- Employee Relations experience at a similar level, with a proven experience of managing employee relations matters such as grievances and absence reviews.
- CIPD qualified is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Great organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.

- Salary £35,000 per annum.
