Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Assist in the development and improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of product management principles and practices.
- Experience in process management and improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being selfmotivated and proactive.
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 18-24 per week
Salary:
£300.00-£500.00 per week
