Invision are currently representing a leading Construction development company who turn over more than £100 million, operating throughout multiple sectors within Construction, who are seeking to recruit an Administrator to join the Procurement and Supply Chain department within this organisation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Working as part of the team to provide support administration to the department.


  • Database Management

  • Assist with adding new Subcontractors, Suppliers and Consultants to the supply chain database
  • Ensure compliance of our minimum supply chain requirements
  • Navigate, update and amend the database.
  • Gather and input performance management information on a monthly basis
  • Run and collate a suite of management reports
  • Provide data, presentations, reports and handouts for various meetings
  • Assist Colleagues and perspective Suppliers with queries and finding information.
  • Keep important information up to date on the company intranet
  • Liaise with internal departments to share data and efficient working practices
  • Assist Supply Chain Manager with adhoc projects
  • General data entry and typing
  • General administration duties

Key Skills:


  • Experience in Database Management
  • Competent to Strong user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills such as Word and Powerpoint
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage and prioritise your own workload.

Desirable Skills:


  • Construction related experience.
  • Causeway Software Experience
  • SAP Software Experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
