The post holder will be part of the Children's and Families Care Group based within a team delivering care to children, young people and families.

The range of children's services include CYP mental health services, children's allied health professionals, a range of children's nursing, complex care, community paediatrics, health visiting, school nursing, immunisations and perinatal mental health.

The primary aim of these teams, is to provide health care and support.

The post holder will be able work on own their initiative, organise their own workload without direct supervision on a daily basis to ensure deadlines are met and to enable compliance with all Policies and Procedures.
