Applications are invited for a Band 3 Support Secretary to provide secretarial and administration support to the Consultant and Junior Doctors within the IRS Team.
The post is a permanent post. The successful applicant will be offered full on the job training.Applicants should be educated to GCSE in Maths and English Language grade C or equivalent. Applicants should also have RSA/OCR II or equivalent and have some secretarial experience. The Post Holder should also possess NVQ II Business Administration or equivalent and have a general understanding of Microsoft Office programmes and be able to use these to produce letters, documents and spreadsheets
