    Senior Legal Counsel Role

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our in-house team at a well-known UK retailer.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Negotiate retail and wholesale contracts with stakeholders across the business and board.
    • Contribute to strategic partnerships and projects, including infrastructure and new product development.
    • Support the ongoing M&A programme by providing legal advice and guidance.
    • Resolve disputes in line with the legal team's strategy.
    • Advise on and navigate existing and new legislation within a regulated environment.
    • Liaise with external lawyers to ensure effective collaboration.

    Requirements

    Applicants should have previous in-house experience and 4+ years of PQE in commercial law. The role is based in Manchester, with a flexible working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
