Job Summary
As one of the leading New Homes Agents in Gloucestershire we are looking for a
full time
trainee sales consultant /
marketing co-ordinator to work from our New Homes hub in Gloucester.
Although this is predominantly a Monday to Friday job, occasional weekend and evening work may be required for site launches, holiday cover and open days etc.
- Customer Service,
- Viewings,
- Marketing,
- Negotiating,
- Social Media
The successful applicant must be confident dealing with customers face to face, along with communicating with members of the public and corporate clients.
This role will be based in our New Homes office in Gloucester although occasional site based work will be expected which may involve lone working.
Previous experience in New Homes or Estate Agency is not essential, however, a background in customer services or marketing will be required.
A full current UK driving license will be required as the successful applicant must be able to drive to outside appointments and viewings.
