12- 16 months FTC -Maternity Cover

£ 55,000 - £ 65,000 | North Bristol | Hybrid


A thriving household brand based in North Bristol is seeking a Financial Operations Manager to lead and mentor 4 direct reports to ensure the whole teams are engaged and encourage a culture in keeping with the company values.


This role is on a maternity cover for 12 to 16 months fixed term contract, therefore you will be on short notice, and have a strong leadership experience.


Skills:


  • Ensure transactions and records are recorded and maintained accurately.
  • Review the monthly KPI's to monitor performance.
- cashflow forecasts preparation.

  • Daily management of a team of c.20 with 4 direct reports.
  • Review and approve payment run and support the Debt Recovery team.

Your Profile:

  • Prior experience of leadership or management of finance teams
  • Experience working within an operations facing finance team
  • Strong background in process improvement
  • Strong communication skills
