About us:
Prudent Supported Living Limited is a newly established Supported Living provider in the Long Eaton area. We support young people and adults aged 16+ who are diagnosed with a Learning Disability, Autism and associated needs.

We are currently searching for a Hr Recruitment Officer to join our innovative and enthusiastic team.

The Role


Supporting the Management Team, Training Department, Registered Manager to ensure we have the correct number of staff recruited with the right skill set.

The role includes getting the new staff on board, ensuring all the required documentation and safer recruitment checks are received and recorded accurately.


This includes:

  • Reaching out and sourcing amazing staff members who meet our needs at Prudent Supported Living.
  • Recruitment events, Social media, online job sites, local Job Centres, Job Fairs, will all be yours to reach the right staff member that we are looking for in our growing business.
  • Ensuring that the new staff team are aware of the level of support that they will recieve at Prudent Supported living, from Twice monthly group thearpy sessions, Autism PBS lead,
  • Short listing and coordinating interviews and ensuring that we have the right team in place for when we need them.
  • Knowledge and understanding of DBS and ucheck is ESSTIENAL.
  • Ensuring relevant Training Certificates/proof of qualifications are on file, updating training matrix etc.
  • General office admin work is required to support the Registered manager, training team, Junior Psychologist, Team Leaders, Service Manager etc.

At Prudent Supported Living we do not train our staff with eLearning we think that our team deserve more
All our staff team are given a full six day Face to Face induction at Prudent Supported Living.

The staff team we recruit are given the support and the best training that we can right from day one and as a recruitment officer at Prudent Supported Living your role is very much the first part of the journey that our staff team take with us.


We very much work as a team at prudent supported living and flexibility is very important to us as each day is different.


Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff undergo regular Covid testing, PPE available, regular cleaning schedules and sanitising of touch points.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Long Eaton, NG10 1NL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
