A vacancy has arisen for an Executive Assistant (EA) to support two of the Executive Directors within HWE ICB, due to the EA retiring from the role.

Day-to-day line management for this role will be provided by the ICB Executive Support and Business Management Lead.


This is an exciting opportunity to work in a very busy, bustling Team providing support to the West Essex Place Director plus one otherExecutive Director.

You will provide an efficient and effective secretarial / administration service, producing agendas / papers, taking minutes / action notes and distributing them ensuring actions are followed up as appropriate.

You will also provide full administrative support to at least one of the main ICB Committees.


Proposed Interview Date: 13th February 2024


Other key aspects of the role include providing full administrative support such as managing diaries, scheduling formal and complex meetings, producing reports / briefings and arranging key events with both internal and external attendees.


Using your initiative to analyse and interpret enquiries, you will liaise with senior staff and management across the ICB, other NHS organisations, key partners and stakeholders to coordinate responses.
