Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are working with a highly successful Financial Services company in Leeds City Centre.

Specialising in different areas of Financial Service, they are an expert in their field and strive to provide outstanding and professional services to each of their customers and clients.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit into their expert team of Customer Representatives on a full time, permanent basis.


This is an exciting opportunity to join the company during a time of growth, they are rapidly expanding and have brilliant opportunities to progress, develop and grow with them as they grow It would ideally suit someone who has worked within a busy contact centre environment or has a minimum of 1 years' experience managing inbound calls.

Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities

  • Adhering to and being compliant with regulations
  • Work closely with other departments and members of the team to solve more difficult and complex queries whilst making sure the customers are always receiving a professional service
  • Handle inbound calls, listening to the customers questions and queries whilst working quickly to provide a solution, following everything up with written correspondence
  • Ensure quality and accuracy in all correspondence with customers and others involved

Experience & Personal Attributes

  • To be considered for this role you must be able to identify multiple times that you have gone above and beyond for a customer as well as expressing your passion to work in Customer Service
  • It would be an advantage to have experience ideally gained from the financial services industry
  • Experience working within a busy contact centre environment would be desirable
  • Have attained a good standard of education particularly with Maths and English (both written and verbally) and be Computer literate
This role is working Monday to Friday (no weekends or late evenings) and the working hours are either 8AM - 5PM or 8:30AM to 5:30PM with a 1 hour lunch break

Salary:
£20,320.00-£23,000.00 per year
