The Director of Business Operations will be responsible for the for overseeing the following business areas:
Strategic Delivery & Planning

Finance & Project Profitability

People & Culture

Business Operations

New Business Development

Technology & IT Management

Essential Experience

An excellent track record of leading teams within a medium

- to large-sized design-led organisation.

Experience in implementing business plans, monitoring, and reporting against targets and budgets.
Proven business management experience with outstandingorganisational skills, including a track record of successfully planning, implementing, and managing variable project workloads.
Thorough knowledge of business legislation, regulations, and financial issues.
A proven track record of successfully building and leading highperforming teams, motivating performance, and supporting career development.
A track record of developing and influencing a positive working culture.
Ability to build relationships across all levels with strong business acumen.
A strong appreciation of the architecture and design industries.
