Our client is looking for a confident enthusiastic person with at least 5 years ofcommercial or leadership experience to join their Team of Training Consultants.

Their client list is impressive and is predominantly blue chip, global organisations who trust them to deliver superb training and in doing so, solve their business and commercial problems.

Will they want you to work for them? They are very selective. You need to be highly credible, care about people, be skilled at getting the best from others as well as being able to think on your feet. You must be educated to degree level; have at least 5 years in a people management role and be legally able to work in the UK. As their clientele is nationwide you must be flexible with travel, however a London base is preferable. They do not expect you to sell as you will be working with their existing clients.

• Fluency and dexterity in English both written and verbal

• A desire and a pride to achieve excellence in all that you do
• Be computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and Zoom
• Communicate with confidence and enthusiasm You must have notable business successes behind you and all most certainly will have done a range of interesting things in your personal life as well. You need personality, EQ and a passion for excellence.

Income/Salary:
up to £50kpa depending on experience.


Salary:
£45,910.00-£50,000.00 per year
