The organisation is a niche boutique, that works across Clients within Commerce & Industry. These clients can range from £20m+ £25bn+

As one of our consultants you will play a central role in the future success of the company.

Location:
Surrey/Hampshire (some travel expected)

Salary:
£30k base, £70k OTE + Excellent Benefits

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our experienced team.

As part of our dedicated training program, you will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills and knowledge in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with an experienced MD. Collaborate with our experienced stakeholders to learn the ropes of the recruitment process and gain insights from their expertise.

Complete our in-house training program: Engage in our comprehensive in-house training program, designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.

Identify business opportunities:
Identify potential business opportunities and collaborate with the Business Development Team to capitalize on them.

Key Objectives:
Complete the in-house training program: Successfully complete our comprehensive training program to enhance your skills and knowledge

Achieve revenue targets:
Meet monthly and annual revenue targets, demonstrating your ability to generate successful placements.

Meet performance objectives:
Meet performance objectives aligned with your development criteria to ensure continuous improvement

Develop sector understanding:
Gain a solid understanding of the sales sector and the specific requirements within different roles.

Key Applicant Attributes:
Highly driven and career-focused: Possess a clear plan for your career growth and demonstrate a strong drive to succeed.

Sales/commercial experience:
Hold a recent degree and have previous experience in sales or a related field

Personable and confident:
Feel comfortable engaging with people and have the ability to lead conversations effectively.

Self-awareness: Exhibit self-awareness and a desire to understand yourself and your own operating style

Strong communication skills:
Comfortable communicating with senior professionals and not intimidated by success.

Commitment to personal development:

Education background - Educated to A level or Degree Level Standard, with good experience around Office 365. Confident and Articulate and have the ability to sell / engage with senior stakeholders.

Starting salary of £25k, with rapid increases as you gain experience and progress in your role.
Uncapped On Target Earnings (OTE) of £50k in year one, with the potential for £60k+ in year two.
