Join UK's first Property Sales Management Service Company.
My Client is seeking the services of an experienced Sales Progressor.
This role will be hybrid with either 2 o 3 days at the office (Offices based in either Victoria or Bicester)
Salary up to 35k plus comm, laptop and mobile as well as travel costs paid.
Your Key Tasks
- Managing properties from sale agreed through to exchange and completion of contracts
- Managing and advising clients on regular basis throughout the process
- Advising clients on any negotiations should that be necessary
- Updating vendors on their sale and ensuring they are given the best possible advice in order to get them sold
- Proven experience in property sales/progression preferably 2+ years Exceptionally well organised, good record keeper who can manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Able to think strategically and can work independently
- Enthusiastic with a desire to learn and understand the clients property solution
- Excellent standard of written communication
- Client focused and target driven
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build closeknit relationships with internal colleagues and clients
