Alongside our one-to-one support we also facilitate a variety of inclusive activity groups, social groups, support groups, and community and fundraising events.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Title:
Support Administrator
Reports to:
Time Together CEO (Registered Manager) and Deputy Manager
Hours:
Part Time (16 hours per week)
Salary:
£13.00 per hour
Working Pattern: 4 days per week Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday during office hours

Role Summary:
Time Together is a Harrogate based charity that supports people with additional needs in the community and in their own homes.
As well as providing support we also run a variety of activity groups, social groups, and support groups for individuals with additional needs and their families.
Time Together's Support Administrator will provide administrative support to the Leadership Team and the charity's Administrator.
This job description is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and as with all posts they are likely to change as they develop so some flexibility is required.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Upholding Time Together's vision and values, following policies and procedures at all times,
- Compiling and publishing support team weekly rotas using our bespoke inhouse system,
- Responding to rota changes and publishing updated information accordingly,
- Assisting the Leadership Team to ensure rotas are staffed adequately according to client need, to manage staff leave/absences,
- Assisting the Leadership Team to ensure client review meetings, support paperwork, and support plans are current and up to date,
- Assisting the Leadership Team to file records of audits of documentation, and other regulatory requirements,
- Supporting the team to enable clients to enhance their independent skills according to identified need as per their support plan,
- Promoting leisure and vocational opportunities for clients according to individual skills and preferences, encouraging clients to contribute their skills and abilities to their respective communities,
- Identifying risks and concerns at our services, reporting these to the Leadership Team.
ABOUT YOU
It is ESSENTIAL that you are:
- A strong communicator with the ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with different people using a variety of appropriate methods, including an excellent standard of written and spoken English,
- Punctual and reliable with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word,
- Creative and skilled at problem solving with the ability to use your own initiative,
- Knowledgeable in the principles of Confidentiality and GDPR,
- Able to report and record accurately,
- Able to form and maintain effective working relationships as part of a team,_
- Able to liaise and work closely with other professionals,_
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude towards supporting disabled and autistic people to lead independent and fulfilling lives,_
