Business Development / Property On-boarding Manager, Salford,
£22K - £27K + Commission & Bonus


Due to expansion, our client is searching for a
Business Development/Property On-boarding Manager to join their award-winning specialist Lettings and Management Agency based in Salford.

Our client is ambitious, growing, and financially stable start-up looking for the right people to take their business to the next level.


The role will be based both in and out of the office, so a car owner driver is essential - our client manages properties in Salford, Warrington, Bury, Oldham, and South Manchester and wants you to win new instructions in these areas.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Business development activities to win new instructions
  • Liaison with 3 rd party companies who refer leads
  • Identification of further revenue streams
  • Working with the Managing Director, to help grow the property portfolio
  • Working with landlords transferring tenants, to ensure properties being onboarded are compliant and handed to the lettings and management teams ready to let
Our client is a rapidly growing start-up, and therefore duties may vary. No two days are the same.


There is fantastic potential for growth for an ambitious individual, the business has tripled in size in the last 12 months, are they are not finished.

They promise applicants, as the business grows they will review positions, salaries, and commissions toensure everyone is rewarded for contributions.

Please note travel is required with the role, and
applicants will need their own car. They provide parking and a mileage allowance.
