We are currently seeking Care Assistants, who can offer overnight sleep-ins, who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care and support to our clients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Assisting with meal preparation and medication management.
Providing emotional support to clients and their families.
Promoting and supporting independence and dignity.
Maintaining accurate and uptodate records.
A caring and compassionate nature.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
A positive and proactive approach to problemsolving.
Flexibility and adaptability.
A willingness to learn new skills and undertake training as required.

Experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
