URGENTLY REQUIRED - SERVICE ADVISOR - SCUNTHORPE
We are looking for a workshop service advisor at our busy Commercial Vehicle Dealership. You will be the first point on company contact - Front of House.

This role involves maintaining existing customer relationships and building new to ensure we deliver upon all our customers requirements.

  • Booking in all routine and scheduled fleet maintenance, for both customer and in
- house fleets.

  • Assisting with roadside breakdowns and inhouse fleet tyre emergency breakdowns.
  • Ensuring customer requirements and vehicle defects are correctly communicated to the workshop managers and technical supervisors.
  • Ensuring parts are available for any pre booked work.
  • Updating customers on work progress and completion.
  • Assisting the workshop managers in their busy daily schedules.

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Managing set tasks through to completion from externally and internally within the workshop / parts department.
  • Forward thinker by using own initiative when under pressure and time constraints.
Monday to Friday am pm

Experience

  • Customer Service 2 years ( Preferred )
Transport / Automotive Sector 3 Years ( Preferred )

Salary - £30k - £34.5k pa
