We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Enter customer data and update account information in the system
  • Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate department for further assistance
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving our products and services

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Ability to upsell products or services to customers
  • Fluent in English

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £24,896.18 per year
