Lusso Interiors, one of the UK's leaders in the field of glazed partitioning, are offering an exciting opportunity to work with us as a Trainee Project Assistant at our Head Office in Bristol.
The successful applicant will work under the direction of the Project Manager assisting in the overview of complex projects, meeting client expectations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on budget, and within programme.

Main duties of the position include:
- Undertaking CAD drawings of proposed projects
- Preparing method statements and risk assessments
- Scheduling and ordering materials
- Coordinating deliveries and arranging with onsite labour
- Keeping up to date records and preparing progress reports.
- Tracking variations and providing information for the commercial management of the project.
- Liaising with the client, ensuring that high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained at all times.
- Coordinating with the site team.
- Responsibility for the management and development of the projects and the ability to rectify any issues throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Effective management of timescales, labour only subcontractors and manpower.
- Ensuring financial budgets are kept to.
- Ensuring the quality of work is maintained to the highest possible standard.
- A minimum of 7 GCSEs including Mathematics and English Language.
- IT literate.
- A methodical approach to work.
- A good work ethic.
- A 'can do' attitude.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- An interest in working in construction.
- A willingness to listen and learn.
Salary:
From £15,000.00 per year
