IT Project Manager
Dartford/Hybrid
GBP45,000 to GBP65,000 DOE


Requirements:


  • Providing handson steering and maintaining tight control of a potentially wide range of customers and projects from initiation through to completion
  • Creating clear and attainable project objectives
  • Implementing strong project governance and controls
  • Building project requirements and managing the constraints of the project management triangle cost, time, scope and quality
  • Ensuring accomplishment of the stated project objectives
  • Understanding, communicating and ensuring resolution of issues
  • Identifying, understanding and appropriately managing project stakeholders, project teams, risks, schedules, budgets and conflicts
  • Producing top quality documentation as an aid to managing the project.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Aim team to achieve the shared goal and provide an excellent product to our customers
  • An appreciation for waterfall and agile software development practices
  • Great team spirit and a desire to achieve outstanding results
  • Comfortable communicating within the team and to external parties, including customers
