Open to whether this is a part time or full time role - so please get in touch with what hours would be your idealKey responsibilities & tasks:
- Journal entries depreciation, prepayments, accruals etc
- Reconciling the credit card statement
- VAT reconciliation and returns (needs current experience) after processing necessary adjustments as fuel scale charges
- Bank reconciliation
- Nominal Month end procedures & year end
- Stock adjustments after stock take
- Signing off purchase invoices, checking nominal codes etc
- Maintaining Fixed Asset register showing brought forward/ Additions and disposals etc
- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
- Handling Bank accounts in different currencies
- Raising payments via
Personal Profile:
- Great attention to detail
- Team player
- Positive and proactive individual
- Analytically minded
- Knowledge of Bank and reconciliations
- Double entry, Journal entry, reconciliation to Balance Sheet.
- Excel / Word Microsoft skills
- Excellent Time Management
- Ability to robustly troubleshoot encountered issues independently
Benefits:
- £25,000 - £30,000 pro rata if part time
