Operational Events Executive.

We are looking for an experienced Full Time Events Executive that encompasses natural warmth and a welcoming manner.


Articulate with event planning from conferences to weddings and administration duties, possess a 'can do' attitude and looks for the plus ones, to enhance the guest's experience.


Enjoys the buzz of a busy venue with the ability to stay focused, presenting a high level of customer service.


With a lot of todays' reservations coming via the internet, having a good understanding of IT, EPOS and PDQ machines will be required.


You will need to be calm and methodical, and have a good understanding of the overall operational workings of the hotel.

Your communication skills with your team will need to be on point, ensuring all guests needs are organised.

This role will be on a changing rota based on the needs of the business. We do endeavour to offer one weekend off a month.

You will be passionate for being best in class and progressive about the future. Having a smart and presentable manner, you will love being the welcoming host of our venue.

  • Impeccable presentation and attention to detail to deliver the highest quality level of service, whether in person or by administrational duties.
  • Positive attitude providing unexpected surprises to the team and guests and moments of care, being calm and considerate of fellow colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good understanding of IT processes, EPOS and PDQ.
  • Good level of numeracy, telephony, spelling, and grammar.
  • Previous experience would be an advantage.
