OneMK Primary Care Network (PCN) is a new, dynamic and progressive healthcare organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes for our local community.

We represent a collaborative network of GP practices, working together to provide comprehensive and innovative healthcare services.

We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking
Digital Transformation Lead to drive our organisation's digital journey and revolutionise the way we deliver healthcare services in
Milton Keynes.

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge technologies and digital solutions to enhance patient care, optimise operational efficiency, and facilitate seamless communication within our PCN

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Management) or equivalent experience.
Postgraduate qualifications will be an advantage.
Experience of digital project management systems.
Proven track record in leading and managing successful digital transformation projects within the healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of healthcare processes, regulations, and the unique challenges faced by primary care networks.
Proficiency in identifying and implementing healthcarespecific digital solutions, such as EHR systems, telemedicine platforms, and patient portals.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Solid knowledge of data privacy and security principles, and experience implementing cybersecurity measures in a healthcare setting.
A visionary approach to technology adoption and a passion for leveraging digital innovations to drive positive change in healthcare delivery.
