An exciting opportunity has arisen working within The Faculty of Education Health and Wellbeing's External Partnerships team as a Placement Administrator.

A key function of the External Partnerships Professional Services department is to co-ordinate and support the successful allocation of student placements and students journey throughout their course placement requirements, whilst supporting related academic community to ensure successful placements and placement partner satisfaction.


Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, you will have demonstrable administration experience and be proficient in use of office technology including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, you must be able to demonstrate an excellent standard of literacy and numeracy.


You will have a knowledge and understanding of SITS or a similar student records system, however specific training relevant to this post will be provided.


You will be able to demonstrate the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail whilst working under pressure, alongside excellent organisational skills and the experience of multitasking to ensure multiple deadlines are met.


You will be required to work within a regulatory framework to meet internal and external audit requirements in respect of placement administration and the PRSB affiliation this attracts.


You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills to both internal and external clients in particular students placement partners and Professional Statutory and Regulatory Bodies.


You will be able to demonstrate a proactive and professional approach and have excellent interpersonal skills and will be a dedicated team player having previous experience as working as part of a team.

You will be experienced in working with a high-volume data entry environment and confident to identify trends and anomalies for investigation
