We are currently seeking an experienced individual in Head of Complaints Operations who's purpose is to drive, lead and oversee the complaint handling and root cause in the complaint function.
You will be responsible for ensuring the group has effective processes and overseeing to identify, investigate, respond and report on customer complaints across the organisation, and driving complaint reduction through investigation of root cause.
In this role you will work closely with all areas of the business and third parties in leading, driving and optimising complaint handling while working within a controlled environment ensuring all documentation and governance standards are in place.
- Extensive experience within a similar role
- Experience in operations management
- Knowledge on effective root cause analysis is essential
