Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


Payroll Processing:


  • Compute and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee payroll records.
  • Update and reconcile payroll transactions and prepare reports for management.
  • Keep abreast of changes in tax regulations and labor laws to ensure compliance.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding their employees pay.

Compliance:


  • Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting government reports related to payroll.

Team Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Qualifications:


  • No payroll experience required
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to handle employee inquiries professionally.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£23,500.00 per year
