Your role
- Do you want to play a vital role in the future of our banking technology? Do you have proven ability to be a change agent, coach and mentor at all levels of an organization? Do you know what it takes to help drive an agile transformation?
- We're looking for an experienced senior Agile Coach in India (Mumbai), who can help us:
- act as an SME on Agile, DevOps, Lean, Complexity and Product practices and a champion for continuous learning
- launch, stabilize and evolve agile practices across a team of teams (Crew - up to 150 people) by coaching and partnering with teams, product managers, engineers, leaders to reduce lead time, increase flow and grow the teams understandings of business value and continuous improvement
- collaborate with Coaches across our organization in the development of our community (Guild), growing our coaching capabilities and our body of knowledge
- assist in the establishing an eco-system to support initiatives, departments, and teams (including team of teams) in their adoption of agile
Your team
Your expertise
- significant experience acting as a teacher, facilitator, mentor and coach in the field of Agile/Lean
- experienced in large complex organizations and agile transformations
- experience of working on value streams through the product development lifecycle
- excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills and ability to influence senior leadership through pragmatic guidance
- successful management of complex and diverse tasks, while meeting key objectives and timelines (no multi-tasking)
