Description
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Point of contact on administration support for the Technical Team maintaining quality standards and timely delivery
- Liaise with Store Planning to ensure store plans are current and accurate
- Coordinate the legal/enforcement process, ensuring enforcement agency cases are assigned to the relevant regulatory experts for management
- Provide Technical Services colleagues with agreed administrative support, reports and management information
- Supervision of the Licensing and Administration team, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently
- Implementing licensing process to ensure stores, colleagues and sites hold required licences to operate
- Ensure cost recovery revenues are delivered and maintained
- Administer the Purchase Orders system and ensure all payments to suppliers are made
