Trainee Administrator Role :
SEN / TRA ADM

We are looking for someone who is looking to join a growing and thriving installation company that will invest in your professional development through training and support for the role of a Trainee
Administrator. Perfect for a first job.

Our Company is a Birmingham based and a SSAIB and BAFE Approved Installer of:

  • Intruder Alarms
Closed Circuit Television
Access Control
Fire Alarms


Requirements:


  • To be available to work Monday
  • Friday, 09:00am 17:00pm
  • To be able to independently travel to and from our offices
  • High integrity and honesty in all dealings
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good English, language and I.T. skills
  • Be confident enough to ask questions to ensure professional and personal growth
  • To be able to work on own initiative, while working in a team environment
  • Good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work alone without supervision
  • A positive attitude to contribute to the success of a vibrant and growing team

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide general administrative support to the company (to include office staff and engineers)
  • Answering any incoming telephone calls using respectful yet helpful language
  • To ensure stock (incoming and outgoing) is correct and documented appropriately
  • Have an interest and willingness to learn about the Fire and Security industry
  • Become familiar with admin and accounts software's and systems
  • Organising files (both manual and electronic)
  • To organise and keep on top of stores and stock area
  • To maintain a clean and tidy office environment
  • To ensure stationary stock is updated when necessary
  • Welcoming visitors to the office and arranging refreshments for visitors/staff
  • Managing post
  • Taking and checking deliveries ensuring documentation is recorded and dealt with in the correct manor
