£25,000 + company pension, company events

YRH Finance Team is excited to expand its Resourcing Team with this brand-new position.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting the recruitment function with daily administrative duties integral to the smooth delivery of support to employees.

This widely varied role requires high levels of attention to detail, organisation, integrity, and confidentiality.

This position is ideal for a person wanting to learn recruitment from the ground up, seeking development, and who is wanting career as a recruitment professional.

Administrative experience in a support role is preferable but not essential.

We are searching for someone with drive and determination, who can contribute to a fantastic company culture, and who is committed to delivering best-in-class support.

The Challenge:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the endtoend resourcing process of finance managers, financial controllers, and central staff:
CV search
Initial screening calls
Organise and administrate interviews

Planning and reporting:

Weekly update calls with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Resourcing
Daily reporting via Excel and ATS systems
Administration Duties:
Experience, Knowledge, and qualifications
It would be advantageous to have experience in recruitment, administration, or customer service.
Experience using an ATS and with job boards preferred (can be trained)
Ability to juggle multiple open tasks has an effective personal system for managing multiple priorities.
Capable of following processes and instructions and can efficiently proceed with tasks.
Value attention to detail and strive to be accurate in their work.
Be motivated by results.
Proactive communicator
You should be able to effectively promote the YRH business model and be a friendly and welcoming representative of YRH.
Be confident and capable of setting clear expectations.
Passionate about people (and culture)
