Up to 32.5 hours per week, permanent,39 weeks

We wish to appoint a part time Teaching Assistant, with a positive attitude, to work alongside our class teachers in supporting all our children to achieve their full potential.
We are seeking an individual to:
- Be highly motivated and passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
- Be an effective team player and able to work within a close and supportive team.
- Be flexible and responsive to the needs of our children.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively (orally and in writing) to a good standard.
- Have high expectations of behaviour.
- Have an understanding of the needs of children with SEND, in particular, Autism.
- Be able to support and engage children with SEND needs in their daily learning using a wide variety of resources and teaching tools.
