Job summary
My client is entering one of the most significant growth phases in their European history. Over the past six years, they have grown from delivering around €100 million in projects to approaching €2 billion across transmission, offshore wind, interconnectors and large-scale grid infrastructure.
As their footprint expands across the UK, Germany, Benelux and wider Europe, they are now recruiting a European HSEQ Manager to help shape how the organisation operates across a diverse portfolio of onshore and offshore projects.
This is a foundational position within a rapidly scaling European business.
The successful candidate will play a central role in establishing and embedding consistent HSEQ governance across multiple countries, project environments and delivery models.
With the European organisation still in its early stages of growth, this role offers significant influence, visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to define standards that will scale into a multi-country organisation.
