Description

Responsible for overall maintenance on various sites throughout Exeter and surrounding areas including both planned and reactive works and report directly to our operations manager.

Managing jobs each day as uploaded on to our app to include; providing a report following completed works, taking before and after photos as applicable and recording information as required.

Works required to be undertaken are; Carpentry, painting and decorating, handyman jobs, bathroom and kitchen re-fits, Plumbing and Electrical experience is a bonus.
