GBR Recruitment Ltd are working exclusively with a further education / professional training courses provider, who are recruiting for an experienced Operations Leader to manage the fulfilment of the available courses & to drive revenue levels (RemoteHome Based role), with a target of 100% fulfilment levels with no course slot left unfilled.


You will have a strong commercial acumen, with strong operations management skills that are accompanied by a real passion for delivering the highest level of customer service.


You will be someone who is truly focused on the highest quality of service delivery & someone who ensures their teams deliver a 5 star offering, to all those wanting to book onto an online or class room based training course, focused on 100% fulfilment forall available training slots.


This role will require strong day to day operational management from an efficiency & fulfilment of courses perspective, focused on increasing bookings & increasing the revenue levels of the business, ensuring your bookings team are workingto set KPI's (you will create & implement these), as well as driving real change management / CI across the Training Events Customer Service & Planning teams.


You will be an experienced innovative Operations Manager / Lead, who can challenge "The Status Quo" by investigating current working processes & practices, improving them where needed to take the business on an upwards curve not downwardspiral.


You will be a commercially astute leader, focused on increased profits, reduced costs & growth.

Process Improvements will be one of your key skills, along with the ability to mentor, coach, lead & motivate teams to be the very best they can be in their day to day roles, promoting a positive upbeat culture.

As well as an operational lead, you'll also have the desire to assist in moving the business forward strategically.


Duties:


  • Responsible for Commercial & Operations Management of the service delivery CS teams.
  • Responsible for the effective & successful leadership of training course bookings fulfilment (full capacity).
  • Driving change management across the CS team & delivering service improvements quickly.
  • As a modern, disruptive & inclusive leader you will drive continuous improvement measures.
  • Motivating & Coaching the Course Booking Teams & Team Leader to achieve gold standard CS.
  • Supporting the fulfilment of all available course slots, whilst growing training course income streams, so that the business can continue to thrive & develop its service offerings further over the coming years.
  • Driving revenue & profit margins, across Online courses & Class room based training courses.
  • Analysing fulfilment data, utilising insights effectively to ensure all training courses are full.
  • Delivering Business Culture improvements & promoting the companies full inclusion & diversity values.
  • Promoting Agile ways of working, driving top level performance plus cross training the teams to excel.
  • Create & Implement operational KPI targets, motivating the teams to achieve & exceed these.
  • Activities on reducing costs, improving quality, driving efficiencies & output levels.

Attributes:


  • Strong commercially minded Operations Leader / Manager with a passion for high end customer service.
  • A proven implementer of change management, with a focus on continuous improvements.
  • A passionate mentor, coach & manager who has strong emotional intelligence / empathy (at all levels).
  • Used to driving revenue streams, increasing profit margins, sales conversions & customer service.
  • From a training, education services, further education services or customer service / sales background.
  • Strong CRM system skills (SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
  • A strong professional communicator at all levels, internally & externally.
  • B2C sales / customer service experience is a benefit.
  • Training Courses / Further Education Qualifications knowledge could be useful but not a must
  • Charity / NFP experience also could be useful, but again not a must
