Option A Recruitment are looking for a trainee grain store operative for our client in East Lothian.
-
This is a full time, permentant position with summer over time availability._

JOB ROLE AND DUTIES:

Operating modern grain driers.
Ensuring that the work areas are kept and maintained in a clean and efficient manner.
Loading & Unloading of stored product.
Operation of various machinery.
Monitoring stored product throughout the year.
Maintaining a strong health and safety culture.
General site cleaning duties.
Reporting to site manager.
No experience needed as full training will be given.

- £11.00 per hour to start if no experience

Overtime is required during harvest period August - Mid October.

20 days plus 9 public holidays rising by 1 day per year to a max of 25 days plus 9 stats
Pension scheme 5% employee contributions and 8% employer contributions
Private healthcare after 2 years service
Bonus scheme
Training provided to get shovel truck license
