Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Hackney

Service Co-ordinator

  • Schedule work orders with suitable field engineers
  • Liaise daily with engineers to ensure service jobs are completed
  • Liaise with engineers for missing paperwork and certificates
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Raise Jobs following receipt of a client's purchase order
  • Monitor all service agreements to ensure visits are carried out as per contract
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
  • Raise callouts assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Place or cancel orders

Service Co-ordinator

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications:


  • Previous experience working within a similar role, booking schedules, planning in work for engineers, managing engineers' diaries etc
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Proven customer support experience, and the ability to communicate at all levels
