Service Co-ordinator
- Schedule work orders with suitable field engineers
- Liaise daily with engineers to ensure service jobs are completed
- Liaise with engineers for missing paperwork and certificates
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Raise Jobs following receipt of a client's purchase order
- Monitor all service agreements to ensure visits are carried out as per contract
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
- Raise callouts assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Place or cancel orders
Service Co-ordinator
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
- Previous experience working within a similar role, booking schedules, planning in work for engineers, managing engineers' diaries etc
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Proven customer support experience, and the ability to communicate at all levels
