Export Executive to join their successful and growing team. This role offers hybrid flexibility between the office in Market Drayton and home based.

The main responsibility of the

Export Executive is to deliver an efficient and flawless export service to our customers and suppliers and ensuring their satisfaction.


Export Executive - Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure timely execution of purchase and sales contracts and to maintain an export database to track shipments
  • Own the export procedure from loading point to delivery point which includes:
  • review document requirements and any relevant letter of credits and ensure compliance
- aligning loading dates with the 3PL, vets or any other service provider
- ensure correct export documents are emitted in timely manner
- emit the necessary documents and statements required by the customers
- update customer of status of the shipment
- present documents to the relevant financial institution for payment (Letter of credit, etc...)
- to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately with the relevant internal systems (SAP, Excel)


Export Executive - Key Skills

  • Export logistic containerized
  • Export documents
  • Incoterms
  • SAP experience
  • Good written and oral English
  • Fluent in French is a must for this role
  • Basic understanding of Spanish would be desirable
  • Previous experience with exports, ocean freight and export documents
