    Project Manager / Senior Project Manager: Construction


    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a passion for large scale construction projects such as Student Accommodations and Hospitals. The ideal candidate will be part of an organization that truly cares about its employees, working on exciting projects in a growth phase.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Liaise with clients and report progress to staff and the public.
    2. Supervise construction workers and hire subcontractors.
    3. Purchase materials for each project phase.
    4. Monitor build costs and project progress.
    5. Conduct quality and safety inspections.
    6. Check and prepare site reports, designs, and drawings.
    7. Maintain quality control checks.
    8. Motivate the workforce.
    9. Solve daily problems and address any issues that arise.
    10. Utilize specialist project management computer programs.
    11. Work on-site in all weather conditions or at clients' businesses/site offices.

    Requirements:

    1. SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
    2. First Aid training.
    3. Fire Marshal certification.
    4. Fully licensed UK driver.

    4. Commercial awareness.
