Description

Mersey Care NHS Trust is seeking to appoint aHealth Visitor.
The posts will be offered at Band 6, with pay point dependent upon previous experience.
There has been on-going work within Liverpool Children's Division to develop a new vision for Health Visiting services.

The successful applicants will be dynamic, highly motivated individuals who possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and as a member of the wider children's team.

As a Caseload Holder you will be expected to work closely with various stakeholders including GP's, midwives, Children's Centres, specialist services and where appropriate, social care services.
