Job description:
The role of Legionella Risk Assessor will be to produce low to high-complex risk assessment & review documentation.

You will also ensure that the quality standards are adhered to and that all documents are maintained in line with the current standards and statutory guidance.

Qualifications & experience:
 Essential - Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in the delivery of water hygiene, legionella risk assessments, service, and PPM contracts.

 Essential - Must be able to complete low to high-complex risk assessments & reviews as per the company policies and British standards.

 Must have a good, detailed knowledge of the water treatment/legionella industry and legislation, especially HSG274 (parts 1-3), BS8580-1:2019, BS7592:2022, ACOP L8, and Water Regulations.

 Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.

 Excellent communication and customer service skills.

 Excellent report writing skills required and should excel in the use of IT, including the Microsoft Office Package.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the smooth delivery of low to highcomplex risk assessments, reviews & surveys on a consistent basis.
  • Shadow experienced/senior risk assessors on high complex systems & sites including HTM 0401 to help continue towards becoming a level 3 risk assessor.
  • Continued training to complete Legionella Risk Assessment to include hot water circulating loop identification and HTM 040
  • Attend and pass accredited relevant training.
  • To ensure continued highquality service to customers.
  • Meeting targets and goals within the risk assessment department.
  • Provide training for trainee risk assessors.
  • Ensure KPIs are met on a quarterly basis.
  • Ensure all work is delivered in accordance with the Legionella Control Association Service Standards and Code of Conduct.
  • Ensuring all work is being completed to the highest standard including qualitychecked documentation.
  • Always represent the company in a professional manner.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
