FULL TIME - 37 HRS PER WEEK

PERMANENT CONTRACT
Do you thrive working in a busy environment?

Delivering a highquality customer focused service to all residents including effective day to day management of the site ensuring the timely resolution of repair, maintenance and other issues.
Acting as a first point of contact for residents on license issues, including breaches of license ensuring they are effectively managed with reasonable and proportionate actions to support a safe and wellmaintained environment for the community.
Maintaining a waiting list and allocating vacant pitches in accordance with the Allocations Policy and Pitch Standard.
Undertaking regular quality assurance inspections to identify site issues and support resolutions
