Energy Analyst/Admin

Northampton NN4 (Harding stone) - 10 min drive from Northampton station.

Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm

Day rate - £115PAYE OR £142 via umbrella

12-month contract

(We are also looking for a senior Customer Service Administrator)


Main Duties and Responsibilities
Support clean exit from incumbent supplier, and smooth entry into new

Maximising claims requiring good quality evidence

Organising queries effectively

Ensuring supplier calculates fin al billing correctly

Overseeing customer queries and data requests to resolution

Co-ordinating customer estate changes to ensure customer portfolios are maintained

Manage all incoming and outgoing post

Answer telephone queries and requests and deal within the necessary manner

Managing receipt of utility invoices and both via paper and electronically and record in the appropriate manner

Complete invoicing activities at the earliest opportunity for the contracts within specific guidelines

Assist the Energy Bureau team with ad hoc contract requirements
