Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking for a new position within an award winning, multi office, independent Estate Agent? These are exciting times for the company as they are expanding opening new offices as well as acquiring new businesses.

The position is for their very busy West Drayton office.

The company pride themselves on using the most up to date technology for marketing their properties.

They also offer the highest level of customer service to their clients as you would expect from such a well known and respected brand.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner.


Salary and benefits of the Sales Negotiator position include:

  • Basic £20,000 to £22,000
  • OTE £30,000 to £35,000

  • Monday to Friday working alternate Saturdays
  • Parking at the office

Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator position include:

  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Preparing sales brochures
  • Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
  • Always delivering exceptional customer service

The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator with local knowledge of West Drayton and surrounding areas
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Well spoken with good telephone manner
  • Well presented, ambitious and selfmotivated
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
