Electrician

£38,000 - £42,000 + Overtime + Benefits

This established facilities management contractor is looking to grow their building services team with an experienced electrician.


Responsibilities:


  • Carry out a high standard of planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
  • Undertake electrical works on a wide range of building services reactive and planned maintenance Static site.
  • Identify faults and accurately diagnosing root causes as well as monitor and record plant performance.
  • Accurately record and report maintenance activity using CAFM database.
  • 4 on / 4 off days and nights shift rotation.

You will need:


  • City & Guilds Level 3 craft certificate/ONC etc.
  • Training certificate to IEE 18th Edition (or willing to undertake).
  • Training courses appropriate to work area. (or willing to undertake).
  • To undergo a full security check to work on location.
The client will support additional training to assist you in developing the necessary competencies.
