We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join the Housing Property Services Team based at the Council's Depot at Fleming Road, Corby responsible for delivering the repair and maintenance service for the council's 8,000+ tenants.

What will you be doing?Providing administrative support to the Compliance Team
Providing administrative assistance to the Housing Property Services team as required.
Promoting good standards of customer care and quality of performance.

About youWe are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join the Compliance Team, providing administrative and financial support in relation to Statutory Compliance (Gas, Electrics, Asbestos, Water Hygiene, Radon, Fire Safety and Health and Safety).

You will be a good communicator with excellent organisational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You are someone who can build effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, contractors and customers alike. You will enjoy working as part of a team, whilst also being able to work unsupervised.

  • We are undertaking consultation with the Trade Unions on terms and conditions and the future NNC pay structure and during this time are appointing new employees on interim spot salaries. You will be advised of the outcome and any impact on your role once this work is complete._

Salary:

£21,575.00-£21,968.00 per year
