- Support the Executive Compensation Manager in the management and administration of Executive Compensation across the Rothschild & Co Group ("Group").
- Assist in the design of Executive Compensation and incentive programmes across the Group businesses globally to ensure ongoing alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Involvement in projects to develop/implement compensation initiatives as they arise.
- Management and development of Executive Compensation Analyst who supports the dayto day administration of Executive Compensation plans.
- Continual development and ongoing management of the inhouse Executive Compensation system including testing, issue logging and maintenance, working with system developers and the HR Systems team.
- Act as initial point of contact for the business and participants in respect of Executive Compensation plans and queries related to the Executive Compensation system.
- Liaise with third party administrators, legal, tax advisers, payroll and tax authorities to ensure global compliance for all Executive Compensation plans, including any regular reporting.
- Provide support during the annual compensation review with respect to Executive Compensation arrangements.
- Provide support to HR Business Partners on the structure of compensation packages during recruitment and termination negotiations primarily for strategic personnel with deferred compensation structures.
- Collation of information and annual filing of Employment Related Securities (ERS) to HMRC.
- Responsible for the manipulation and analysis of large data sets, finding process improvements and efficiencies where possible.
- Support the Head of Compensation in managing regulatory remuneration matters (CRD, IFPR/IFD, AIFMD, UCITS V) for the Group, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across the Group's regulated entities.
- Responsible for the preparation of:
- remuneration disclosures for the Group and its regulated entities, including, but not limited to the Annual Report, Pillar 3, Report on Internal Control, IFPR and IFD disclosures.
- employee communications
- Review, challenge and improve existing reporting capabilities and processes and update any changes as necessary within the Group's HR systems.
- Support the Head of Compensation and Group Risk team with the Material Risk Taker identification framework and process across the Group.
- Working with the Head of Compensation, our internal regulatory legal and company secretarial team and external advisers to:
- update the Group's remuneration policies, practices and processes so they remain compliant.
- Involvement in other aspects of remuneration related reporting and disclosures including the Gender Pay Gap and EU pay transparency regulations.
- Experience in Executive Compensation design and administration desirable
- Knowledge and experience of the regulatory remuneration framework applicable to the financial services industry
- Able to work on multiple assignments and complete highquality work against strict and competing deadlines
- Highly numerate with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Organised with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Advanced user of MS Office, in particular excel, proven experience in manipulating large amounts of data
- French language skills preferable but not essential
