We have an exciting opportunity to work as an Apprenticeship Contracts/Quality Coordinator.

In this role you will lead on all aspects of the administration of contract management and quality improvement processes across the apprenticeship provision within the school and will play an active role in ensuring ESFA compliance and quality improvement activities.

This will include maintenance of onboarding contacts, monthly contracting reports and employer partner contract reviews.

The quality aspect will require organisation and documentation related to teaching and learning observation records and the monitoring of actions resulting from this; co-coordinating all stakeholder voice activity and supporting the preparation of reports resulting from this.

Providing critical administrative support to the quality improvement process itself is central to the role.

Additionally, you will also undertake quality reviews of curriculum activity, involving making quality judgments based upon pedagogical principles and Ofsted's inspection framework.

You will have substantial previous administrative experience, ideally working within an educational environment.

You will have excellent customer service skills, along with the ability to act with discretion and diplomacy to deal with confidential queries/ material.

Excellent team working skills are also required, as well as the ability to analyse and solve problems, prioritise and organise your own workload and work autonomously.

You will require excellent IT and communication skills, and have the ability to undertake to plan and progress work activities working with multiple partner organisations across the country.

You will work closely with the School's Director of Apprenticeships and the Apprenticeship Operations Manager.
