Description
We are looking for a part-time HR Advisor for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment based in Cardiff.

This is a temporary assignment until March 2023, and you will be required to work 18.5 hours per week, ideally Wednesday, Thursday and Friday but this can be flexible.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner you will provide a professional HR service to your allocated directorate.

This will involve providing advice and guidance to managers and colleagues across a wide range of HR services, along with the opportunity to contributeto the development, implementation, and management of a range of HR policies and initiatives.


Responsibilities:


  • Advise and coach managers and staff on all people policies with the aim of them becoming selfsufficient
  • Actively develop relationships that build trust and confidence within the business
  • Proactively identify trends and use your professional knowledge to address issues and escalate where necessary
  • Support the delivery of key People management initiatives within the Directorate and across the organisation
  • Deliver a seamless customer experience within People management and beyond for all People Management interventions
  • Analyse, interpret and identify trends and issues to help implement meaningful people management support and interventions

Skills & Qualifications:


  • CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • Knowledge and experience of people management legislation and best practice
  • The ability to work independently whist at the same work collaboratively with other People management team members
